Congratulations to Josh Zimmer, our April Technician of the Month! Josh is with Mainstream Plumbing in Washington. Josh has been in the plumbing industry for 15 years and been a journeyman for 11 years!
Josh finds that it is best to educate customers on the wonders of FlowTech during water heater/tankless flushes when the calcium comes out of the drains or when installing new water heaters.
Josh says he can overcome customer’s cost objections by providing information on the benefits of the product. He also finds that before and after pictures of previous installs tend to speak for themselves once the customers see the build-up vanish!
Josh enjoys traveling with his wife and kids, fishing and playing video games in his spare time! Congratulations, Josh!
